We are seeking a BIM Specialist to lead and manage BIM workflows for high-profile residential and commercial projects. Based in Chennai, the role involves working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver precise and efficient BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and coordinate BIM models for architectural projects.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration of BIM across design and construction phases.

• Develop and enforce BIM standards, templates, and protocols for internal and external teams.

• Provide training and technical support to team members on BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks.

• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM software.

• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and practices to improve project efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Specialist or similar role.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
