The candidate will work on planning and executing city infrastructure projects, including residential, commercial, and transportation hubs, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive urban planning strategies.

• Collaborate with government authorities, developers, and stakeholders to execute large-scale urban projects.

• Prepare and analyze site reports, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.

• Create detailed master plans, zoning regulations, and development guidelines.

• Ensure projects comply with local and national urban planning regulations.

• Utilize GIS software for spatial analysis and planning visualization.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Urban Planning or Architecture.

• 4+ years of experience in urban planning and development projects.

• Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and visualization tools like SketchUp.

• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and urban design trends.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.
