About the Role
CP Kukreja Architects is seeking a talented and driven Landscape Architect with 5–10 years of experience to join our growing design studio. In this role, you will lead and support the design of transformative outdoor spaces—from large-scale masterplans to finely crafted urban landscapes. You will work closely with architects, urban designers, and ecologists to create climate-responsive, inclusive, and culturally rooted public realms.

You think beyond aesthetics—bringing ecological intelligence, spatial creativity, and technical knowledge to every site. You can independently drive projects, guide junior staff, and seamlessly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful landscape design outcomes.What You’ll Do
Lead and contribute to the design of parks, campuses, institutional landscapes, industrial townships, and urban public spaces
Integrate sustainable and regenerative strategies into landscape concepts and masterplans
Prepare concept designs, planting schemes, working drawings, and BOQs
Coordinate with architects, planners, engineers, and site teams throughout the design and execution phases
Guide junior designers and support the landscape studio’s growth and innovation
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or allied disciplines
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Environmental Design
Strong design sensibility with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion (GIS and Rhino knowledge is a plus)
Demonstrated experience in native planting, site grading, and landscape detailing
Passion for climate resilience, ecology, and place-based design
Excellent visual communication and team collaboration skills
