Role Objective: Plan, design, and furnish interiors of institutional buildings. Design learning spaces which is practical, aesthetic, conducive, to be more interactive and comfortable. They should stimulate children’s creativity and retain their curiosity while ensuring the productivity of the teachers, staff & making the learning experience enjoyable and memorable. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Understand and interpret client requirements 

2. Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions 

3. Prepare design presentations, drawings, and detailed documentation 

4. Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams 

5. Ensure timely approvals, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with project specifications 

6. Supervise site execution to ensure design intent is met 

7. Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets 

8. Oversee detailing, material specifications, and cost estimates 

Skills & Competencies: 

1. Strong technical knowledge and design sensibility 

2. Excellent communication and client-handling skills 

3. Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively 

4. Strong organizational and documentation skills 

Qualifications: 

• Sr. Architects: B.Arch / M.Arch 

• Sr. Interior Designers: B.Sc in Interior Design
